1. Acceptance
HashEntry services are provided by HashEntry Teknoloji. You are asked to accept these Terms of Service when you create an account; if you do not agree, you should not use our services.
2. Service Description
HashEntry is a SaaS platform for cookie consent management (CMP) and document approval records. For each record a SHA-256 integrity digest is produced and, where configured, an RFC 3161 timestamp is obtained, so that anyone can verify independently that the record has not been altered since and that it existed at a given time. The platform provides tools that support your compliance work; compliance itself remains the customer's responsibility.
3. Nature of the Evidence Records
A signature captured in a document approval is a simple electronic signature record supported by an integrity digest and time evidence. It is not a qualified or advanced electronic signature under eIDAS, nor a "secure electronic signature" under Turkish Law No. 5070, and HashEntry does not verify the signer's identity. The legal weight of a timestamp depends on the provider selected and on the jurisdiction. Whether and how far records are accepted as evidence is decided by the competent court or authority under the applicable law.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for the activities carried out through your account.
5. Intellectual Property
The HashEntry platform and the related intellectual property rights belong to HashEntry Teknoloji. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, HashEntry is not liable for indirect damages and its total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the damage. Liability for intent and gross negligence and the statutory rights of consumers remain unaffected.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction. Consumers retain their right to apply to the competent consumer arbitration committees and courts.
