2. Roles: Controller and Processor

For the visitor consent and approval records that our customers collect on their own websites through HashEntry, the customer is the controller and the Company is the processor, acting on the customer's instructions under the Data Processing Agreement. If you gave consent on a site that uses HashEntry, please address your request to the owner of that site.

3. Data We Process

  • Contact form: name, e-mail, (optional) company name, message content
  • CMP analyzer: scanned site address, e-mail address, IP address
  • Account: name, e-mail, hashed password, billing details
  • Technical: IP address and browser information (server and content-delivery-network logs)
  • Your choice in the cookie banner and the related consent record

4. Purposes

Your data is processed to provide the service, answer your requests, handle billing and legal obligations, and ensure security and abuse prevention, on the legal bases set out in GDPR Art. 6 and KVKK Art. 5. Analytics measurement takes place only if you consent.

5. Data Location and Transfers

The data region chosen for a customer account (Türkiye or the European Union) determines the location of the tenant database only; queues, system logs and platform metadata are processed on platform infrastructure. Some of our service providers are established outside Türkiye; those transfers rely on the safeguards available under GDPR Chapter V and KVKK Art. 9.

6. Retention

Personal data is kept for as long as the purpose requires and for the retention periods laid down by applicable law. The retention period of consent records processed on behalf of our customers is set by the customer (the controller) in its own panel.

7. Your Rights

Under KVKK Article 11 and, where applicable, GDPR Articles 15-22, you have the right to information and access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board or the supervisory authority of your country.
