1. Acceptance

By using HashEntry services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.

2. Service Description

HashEntry is a SaaS platform providing cookie consent management (CMP) and document approval systems. Every consent is cryptographically sealed and can be used as legal evidence.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for the security of your account. You are held accountable for all activities conducted through your account.

4. Intellectual Property

The HashEntry platform, all its content and technologies are the intellectual property of Entetek Technology Inc. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

HashEntry shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from service interruptions or data loss. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved in Istanbul Courts.
